eBay integration
Your listings and your orders, answerable in the conversation. The assistant searches your store, shows the full item card, and looks up where an order stands — without anyone opening eBay.
Connecting eBay
Find your seller username
It is the public name on any of your product pages, under Seller information — or in your eBay account profile. This is the only value you need to hand over.
Open the assistant and choose eBay
Turn on Enable integration in the assistant's tools section and pick eBay from the list.
Enter the username and connect
Put the seller username into the connection window and press Connect. You are taken to eBay's authorisation page. No developer account, no API keys — Mingleego uses a managed application.
Approve on eBay
Sign in to eBay and approve the requested permissions. eBay sends you back and the integration becomes active.
Ask it about a real listing
In the Playground, search for one of your own products by a word from its title, then ask for the details. If the price and condition come back right, you are connected.
What selling on a marketplace costs you in messages
Buyers ask before they buy, and they ask you
What condition is it in, does it come in this size, is that the final price. Every one of those answers is already on the listing, and every one of them still arrives as a message.
"Where is my order" again
The most repeated question in commerce. It has an exact answer, it takes a person thirty seconds of clicking, and it does not scale with the number of things you ship.
An assistant that has not seen your store invents
Without access to the listings it guesses at prices and availability. One confidently wrong answer about stock costs more trust than ten right ones earn.
Four read tools, scoped to your own store
The eBay integration gives your assistant four tools, and all four read. It can search your listings by keyword, open one listing in full, look up the public seller profile behind a listing, and check the status of an order by its id. There is no tool that changes anything. It cannot create or edit a listing, adjust a price, fulfil or refund an order, or message a buyer. That is a genuine limit and it is also what makes the integration safe to leave running: a mistake by the assistant is a wrong sentence in a chat, never a wrong number on your store. The scope is your own store. Product and order lookups work with data from the eBay account you connected — the assistant is not searching the marketplace at large, so a buyer asking about red trainers sees the red trainers you actually sell. Connecting needs one thing most integrations do not: your eBay seller username. It is the public name on your listings, under Seller information. You enter it in the connection window, authorise on eBay's page, and the integration is live.
Where it pays for itself
Presale questions on your own site
The widget answers about condition, price and what you have — from the listings themselves, at whatever hour the buyer was ready.
Order status without opening eBay
Where is it, when was it placed, what was paid. One question, one answer, no tab switching.
The same answers on social
Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp reach the same store, so where the question arrived stops mattering.
Listings plus your own policies
With document search on, the assistant can combine a live listing with your returns policy or shipping terms, uploaded as files.
Alongside Shopify
Selling in both places is normal. One assistant can hold both connections and answer from whichever store the question is about.
In whatever language they wrote
Language is detected from the message, so a question in German about an eBay order gets a German answer with the real status in it.
The four tools
Search your listings
By keyword, returning matching products with their prices — so a buyer can ask for "red trainers" or "laptops under $500" and get real results from your live listings without leaving the chat.
Get product info
One listing in full: title, price, condition and seller. This is what turns "tell me more about that one" into a complete item card inside the conversation.
Get seller info
The public profile behind a listing — username, feedback score and a link to the eBay profile. Useful when a buyer wants to know who they are buying from before committing.
Get order info
Status and key details of an order by its id: the date it was placed, the current fulfilment status, the total paid and the buyer's username.
Managed application
No eBay developer account and no API keys. You supply your seller username, authorise on eBay, and that is the whole setup.
One tool among several
The same assistant can search your uploaded documents, answer in any language, and write the buyer into your CRM in the same conversation.
Honest answers about what it reaches
No. All four tools read. There is no tool to create or edit a listing, change a price, fulfil or refund an order, or message a buyer. If you were hoping for listing management, this is not that.
Let your listings answer for themselves
One seller username, one authorisation, and every question about what you sell and where an order is gets answered in the conversation that asked it.
