Integrations

Ten services your assistant can actually act in — read a mailbox, book a real slot, write a CRM record, look up an order. Seventy-one separate capabilities, and every one of them is a switch you turn on yourself.

An integration here is a set of tools, not a data pipe

Nothing is synced, mirrored or imported. An integration gives your assistant a set of tools it may reach for while it is already talking to someone — on your website widget, in Telegram, in Slack, or in the Playground where you talk to it yourself. It reads the answer at the moment of the question, so it is never working from an export that went stale overnight.

Every capability is a separate switch. Not "connect Gmail" but "may search mail", "may reply", "may send", "may delete" — four decisions, made one at a time. That matters more than it sounds: a read-only configuration is a genuinely useful assistant that cannot change a single thing in your systems, and it is the configuration we would suggest starting from in every case.

The integration belongs to the assistant, not to a channel. Connect Shopify once and the same answers arrive in the web widget, in Instagram, in WhatsApp — wherever the customer happened to ask.

The ten integrations

Two ways in, and you should know which before you start

Eight of the ten are a sign-in and nothing else. Two need an application registered inside your own account, which is real work — twenty minutes with the guide open, not two clicks — and it is better to know that now than halfway through.

Sign in and you are done

You are redirected to the service, you approve the access, you come back. There is no developer console, no API key to generate, store or rotate, and revoking access from the service itself ends it immediately. eBay is the one variation: it also asks for your public seller name, which is already printed on every listing you have — a name, not a credential.

Needs an app in your own account

Shopify wants a custom app created in your admin — shop domain, client ID and client secret, and the Release button pressed afterwards, which is the step people miss and the reason most first connections fail. Bitrix24 wants a Local Application registered in your portal with CRM and Tasks permissions, then the portal domain and the same two credentials.

What none of them do

Nothing ever writes first

Assistants answer; they do not reach out. There is no abandoned-cart nudge, no drip sequence, no proactive message of any kind. If you need those, they belong in the tool that owns the channel — Shopify's own flows, a marketing platform — not here.

Nothing runs on a schedule

Every tool fires inside a conversation, because somebody asked the assistant something. No integration polls your inbox, watches a board or triggers on an incoming message.

Some are read-only on purpose

Shopify and eBay have no write tool at all. A mistake by the assistant is a wrong sentence in a chat, never a wrong number in your store — which is what makes them safe to connect and leave running.

Each one has its own edges

Google Calendar cannot reschedule. Slack's message search needs a user token, not a bot token. Notion's page properties and page text are separate permissions. Every page names its own limits rather than leaving you to find them after connecting.

Questions people ask first

Can one assistant use several integrations at once?

Yes, and that is where it gets interesting. One conversation can look the customer up in HubSpot, check the live price in Shopify, book the follow-up in Google Calendar and email the confirmation from Gmail — all in a single answer.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. There is no per-integration fee, no seat and no plan. Mingleego charges for what your assistants actually process, and new accounts start with $2 in credit and no card.

Can I connect something read-only?

Almost always. Switch on only the search and read tools and leave the rest off — the assistant will know your data and be unable to change it. Shopify and eBay are read-only whatever you do.

Which assistant does a connection belong to?

One assistant. Two assistants can use two different accounts of the same service, or the same account with different permissions — a support assistant that may only read, a sales assistant that may also write.

Does the integration work on every channel?

Yes. It is attached to the assistant, so the same tools are available in the website widget, on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and Discord, and in the Playground.

The service we use is not on this list.

Tell us which one. The list is short on purpose — each integration is a set of hand-built tools rather than a generic connector — and what customers ask for is what gets built next.

Connect one, read-only, and see what changes

Pick the service your team opens most, switch on only the tools that read, and spend a week asking your assistant questions it can only answer from there.
