Calendly integration
You already keep your availability in Calendly. This puts it inside the conversation: the assistant reads the real open slots, books one, and hands the person a link to cancel or move it.
Connecting Calendly
Open the assistant and choose Calendly
The integrations list is in the assistant's tools section, under the scheduling group next to the calendars.
Click Connect and authorise
You are redirected to Calendly's own authorisation page, you sign in and approve access, and Calendly sends you back. No developer account, no keys.
Decide what it may do
Find available times, list bookings and get booking details are the reading tools. Book event is the one that writes. You can run the whole thing read-only if you want it only to answer questions.
Name the event type if you have several
With one meeting type the assistant uses it automatically. With several — a fifteen-minute intro and a full consultation, say — tell it which one applies, or put that in the assistant's instructions.
Book a real meeting in the Playground
Ask for an open slot on a specific afternoon, confirm one, and check it landed in Calendly with the right invitee details.
What a booking link does not solve
A link is a handoff, and handoffs lose people
"Here is my Calendly" moves the work to the other person and moves the conversation to another tab. A share of them never come back, and you never find out which share.
The interesting questions come before the booking
How long is it, what happens on the call, do you cover this, how much. A booking page answers none of that, so the person leaves to look for the answer and forgets to return.
Nobody remembers what is already scheduled
Who is on Thursday, what was that meeting about, what was the person's phone number. All of it is in Calendly, and all of it means opening Calendly.
Two systems of record, one calendar
If a bot books somewhere else, you now have two places where your time is claimed, and the day they disagree is the day you double-book.
Calendly stays the source of truth — the chat just reaches it
This integration does not replace Calendly or copy your availability anywhere. It gives the assistant four tools that read and write through your own account, so Calendly remains the single place where your time is booked. The tools deliberately build on each other. A booking always starts from an availability lookup: the assistant finds the real open slots, offers them, and only then books the one the person confirmed. Booking details always start from a list of bookings. That chain is what stops the assistant from promising a time that does not exist. The last step is the careful one. Right before it books, the assistant re-checks that the slot is still free — because between the moment it offered a time and the moment the person said yes, someone else may have taken it. Then it returns Calendly's own link to cancel or reschedule, which means the person can move the meeting themselves later, without another conversation. Connecting is one authorisation. Mingleego uses a managed Calendly application, so there is no app to register and no key to copy.
Where it changes the outcome
Booking without leaving the chat
The visitor asks a question, gets a real answer, and books — in one conversation, without a link to another tab.
Booking from a messenger
Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram — the same Calendly account, the same availability, whichever channel the person came from.
Answering the questions first
With document search on, the assistant explains what the session covers and what it costs from your own files, then offers the slot.
Who am I meeting on Thursday
In the Playground: list this week's bookings, then pull the details on the eleven o'clock — name, email, phone.
Booked and in the CRM
With HubSpot or Bitrix24 connected, the person who booked also becomes a contact, in the same conversation.
In their language
Language is detected from the message, so the slots are offered and confirmed in whatever the person wrote in.
The four tools
Find available times
Real open slots read from your connected account, in your timezone, grouped by day. Not an estimate and not a cached copy — the same availability your booking page would show.
Book the event
Takes the slot the person confirmed, with their name, email and phone, re-checks it is still free, and books it. Then returns Calendly's link to cancel or reschedule.
List bookings
What is already scheduled over a period — who is on each meeting, when, and its status. Long ranges come back in batches rather than one enormous answer.
Booking details
One meeting in full: the invitee's name, email, phone if they gave one, the exact time and the status. Useful the morning of, when you want to know who you are about to talk to.
Managed OAuth
One authorisation with your Calendly account. No developer app, no API key to store or rotate, and access is revocable from Calendly at any time.
One tool among several
The same assistant can answer from your documents, look something up on the web, and write the person into your CRM in the same conversation that booked the meeting.
Straight answers
No, and it is not meant to. Everything goes through your own account, so Calendly stays the single place your time is booked. The booking page keeps working exactly as before for people who prefer it.
Stop sending people a link
One authorisation, and the availability you already maintain becomes something your assistant can offer and book without the conversation ending.
